H-E-B ice cream recalled due to metal in product

H-E-B is initiating a recall of 12-count packages of 3-ounce cups of Creamy Creations ice cream in specific flavors due to potential metal contamination in the product. The affected items were distributed to all H-E-B stores in Texas and Mexico, as well as Central Market, Joe V’s Smart Shop, and Mi Tienda stores. The UPC and code dates can be located on the back of the product’s outer bag, not on the individual cups. All items related to this recall have been promptly removed from store shelves. H-E-B is diligently working to reintroduce the products to shelves as soon as possible.
