PM Narendra Modi to dedicates six other AIIMS to the nation after laying the foundation stone of AIIMS Rewari in Haryana

Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave assent to construction of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Rewari, Haryana, emphasizing its role in India's development vision by 2047. AIIMS Rewari reflects the government's commitment to public health infrastructure and citizen-centric services. This project, sanctioned under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY), contributes to the establishment of 22 new AIIMS, addressing healthcare needs nationwide.

Spanning 203 acres with a budget of Rs. 1,650 crore, AIIMS Rewari features a 750-bed hospital complex, medical and nursing colleges, and residential facilities. Offering 17 super-specialty and 18 specialty departments, it aims to provide high-quality healthcare, including cardiology, neurology, and oncology. The institute's digital infrastructure enables outreach to underserved populations.
