Palmer Candy ‘White Coated Confectionary’ items recalled due to potential Salmonella contaminated ingredient

Palmer Candy is recalling various "White Coated Confectionery Items" due to potential Salmonella contamination. The company was alerted to the risk by the supplier of the liquid coating used for these products. The recalled items were distributed across the U.S. and internationally, sold at Walmart, Hy-Vee, Target, and Dollar General stores in multiple states, including Alabama, California, and Texas.

 These products were packaged in bags, pouches, and tubs. No illnesses have been reported so far. Consumers are advised not to consume the recalled products and should return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.
