Columbia Pacific Communities and KITES Senior Care partner to transform senior healthcare in India

Columbia Pacific Communities (CPC), India's premier senior living community operator, and KITES Senior Care, a leader in specialized 'out of hospital' geriatric care, have merged, creating India's largest Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). This merger combines CPC's senior living expertise with KITES's medical proficiency, enhancing the quality of elderly care in India.

The merger leverages KITES's care management and Senior Shield technology platform alongside CPC's senior living network, providing a seamless continuum of care across multiple Indian cities. Residents will benefit from comprehensive care, including preventive measures, emergency response, and post-hospitalization rehabilitation.

The integration aims to create new job opportunities and development prospects while fostering a culture of excellence and compassion in senior care. Columbia Pacific plans to expand its footprint by adding 2,000 units in India over two years, reflecting the growing demand in the senior care market, which is projected to reach a combined value of US$30 billion, covering senior living and 'out of hospital' senior care.
