Fischer Medical Ventures has invested in Singapore-based Wonder Tech Group to empower mental healthcare with AI-driven solutions. This follows Fischer MVL’s recent partnership with 'The Therapy Platform' in mental health therapy, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing mental healthcare innovations.

Wonder Tech has developed a breakthrough biomarker technology for mental health diagnostics. Using AI-driven acoustic analysis, their platform assesses mental health from a 60-second voice sample, irrespective of language. This digital solution offers private, objective, and cost-effective mental health screening through voice biomarkers, aiming to improve early detection and treatment outcomes.

Globally, nearly 1 billion people suffer from mental disorders, with the mental health market valued at USD 399.7 billion in 2023 and projected to reach USD 530.5 billion by 2032. Despite its size, mental health diagnostics often rely on costly and stigmatized psychiatrist consultations, delaying intervention.

Wonder Tech’s voice biomarker diagnostic is user-friendly, unbiased, and scalable via mobile capture, without additional hardware. Fischer MVL’s investment grants exclusive rights to market Wonder Tech’s technology in ASEAN, India, and the Middle East, aiming to expand their acoustic-based depression diagnostic across diverse languages.
