India’s Dhiti Omics establishes SOPHiA DDM platform for solid tumour testing

India-based Dhiti Omics Technologies, a precision molecular diagnostics provider, has implemented the SOPHiA DDM Platform from Sophia Genetics, a cloud-native software company, to enhance its solid tumor testing capabilities. The SOPHiA DDM Platform has been adopted for the Agilent SureSelect Cancer CGP application, which was launched last year to offer comprehensive genomic profiling.

This integration is set to improve Dhiti Omics’ capacity to deliver thorough genomic profiling to researchers. The SOPHiA DDM for SureSelect CGP combines Agilent’s genomic profiling assay kit with the SOPHiA DDM Platform, providing an integrated solution for rapid and precise insights based on the latest guidelines, including relevant biomarkers for solid tumors.

By analyzing complex genomic and multimodal data, the platform generates real-time actionable insights, benefiting a wide network of hospitals, laboratories, and biopharmaceutical institutions globally. Last year, Unipath Specialty Laboratory also selected the SOPHiA DDM Homologous Recombination Deficiency (HRD) Solution.
