The Certificate in Introduction to Nutrition has been developed by the Centre for Nutrition and Dietetics Studies at IGMPI to provide foundational knowledge of nutrition science and its practical applications in health and disease prevention. This certification programme covers the essential principles of macronutrients and micronutrients, digestion and metabolism, nutrient deficiencies, balanced diet planning, and nutrition across different life stages.
