Workshop on: Sports and Fitness Nutrition For Females

The workshop focuses on the unique physiological and nutritional needs of women engaged in athletic activities, gym workouts, or active lifestyles. It covers evidence-based dietary strategies tailored to hormonal health, muscle recovery, endurance, and fat metabolism in females.

This workshop empowers nutritionists and fitness coaches to support female athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and active women with goal-specific, safe, and sustainable nutrition plans.

Topics for Sports & Fitness Nutrition for Females Workshop:

Eligibility

Any Diploma holder/ graduation/ B.tech/ B.Sc. in Microbiology/ Life Sciences/ Botany/ Zoology/ Food Science/ Food Technology/ BE/ B.Pharma/ MBBS/ BDS/ BHMS/ BUMS/ BAMS or any other discipline. Diploma holders are eligible for our Executive Diploma, Industry Certificate, and Certificate Programmes.

Workshop Deliverables

  • The study resources for the Workshop topic ensuring the needs of the audience will be provided to all the participants. The training material is appropriately aligned with the current Industry's expectations.
