Workshop on: Pre and Probiotics in Gut Health

In recent years, gut health has emerged as a central focus in nutrition, medicine, and wellness due to its vital connection with digestion, immunity, mental health, and chronic disease prevention. Among the most researched strategies for gut health are prebiotics and probiotics, which play key roles in maintaining a healthy intestinal microbiome.

This workshop focuses on understanding the science behind prebiotics and probiotics, their sources, clinical applications, and how they can be integrated into dietary and lifestyle interventions for long-term health benefits.

To equip healthcare professionals, nutritionists, students, and wellness practitioners with practical knowledge about the role of prebiotics and probiotics in gut health, and how they can be used to manage digestive disorders and support overall well-being.

Eligibility

Any Diploma holder/ graduation/ B.tech/ B.Sc. in Microbiology/ Life Sciences/ Botany/ Zoology/ Food Science/ Food Technology/ BE/ B.Pharma/ MBBS/ BDS/ BHMS/ BUMS/ BAMS or any other discipline. Diploma holders are eligible for our Executive Diploma, Industry Certificate, and Certificate Programmes.
