Professional Certification in Food Analysis (CFA)

Food analysis certification has picked up importance in the recent years with the food industry. Food manufacturers must have traceability in their industry to ensure their food products are safe, with no contaminants or residues, and to provide accurate nutritional information. General laboratory testing of a manufacturers product may include the following techniques: Analytical chemistry testing, Food microbiology testing, Food nutrition analysis, Food allergen testing and Sensory testing.

Therefore, anyone, who is getting into the food organization or already in it, is benefited with programme like the one FFSQ has introduced i.e. a post graduate diploma in food analysis and quality assurance to equip individuals to meet the demands of the market.

Eligibility

Graduates in any discipline are eligible for our Post Graduate Diploma, Executive Diploma and Professional Certifications Programmes. 10+2 pass-outs are eligible for our Under Graduate Diploma and Diploma holders of two to three years course duration are also eligible for the PG Diploma.

The duration of the training is 5 days.

Assessment & Certification

Online assessment will be conducted at the end of the programme and after successful completion; the participants will be awarded Professional Certification in Food Analysis by Faculty of Food Safety and Quality, IGMPI.

Discipline in Classes and Examination

Every student is required to observe a disciplined behaviour during her/his classes, assessments & examinations and to follow instructions from the Professors. Any act of indiscipline may result into discredit & it will be mentioned in her/his academic report.

Placement Assistance & Corporate Relations

For the Post Graduate Diploma and Undergraduate Diploma Programmes, we will provide placement assistance after the completion of the programme.
