The GCC Region's Centralized Procedure outlines the potential of registering pharmaceutical products. It was established on May 25th, 1981, as the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (abbreviated as "GCC" for "Gulf Cooperation Council"). The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region is considered as "Emerging market" for pharmaceutical export and bilateral trade. The programme has been designed with the view to impart knowledge and understanding of Drug Registration Procedure in GCC countries, Regulations, Registration procedure, country specific Common Technical Documents, GCC guidelines and dossier preparation.
The Council has made tremendous progress in legislation harmonization since its founding. Through its efforts, the GCC Committee for Pharmaceutical Control was established and put into action, as well as the GCC Group Purchasing of medications and medical supplies. Additionally, the accreditation of production facilities and the consolidated process united the region's drug registration.

Module 2 : Types of submission of dossier (MAA, Variations, Withdrawal, ASMF, PMF, PSUR, PSUA, etc.)
Module 3 : eCTD GCC Module 1 Specifications (Application form, Variations, Renewal, Packaging and Labelling, etc.) (eCTD v1.5)
Module 4 : eCTD ICHModule 2, Module 3, Module 4, Module 5 Specifications (eCTD v3.2.2 and v4.0)
Module 5 : Dossier preparation in CTD Format, eCTD and NeeS
Module 6 : Pharmaceutical Import & Export Procedures in Gulf Countries
Module 7 : Industry specific case studies
Any graduation/ B.tech/ B.Sc. in Microbiology/ Life Sciences/ Botany/ Zoology/ Food Science/ Food Technology/ BE/ B.Pharma/ MBBS/ BDS/ BHMS/ BUMS/ BAMS or any other discipline. Diploma holders are eligible for our Executive Diploma, Industry Certificate, and Certificate Programmes.
Minimum duration to complete this programme is 3 months and maximum is 6 months.

IGMPI follows a credit system based on all learning activities involved in studying for all PG Diploma, Executive Diploma and Certificate Programmes. Each of your modules is equal to 4 credits. To successfully complete the programme, you will have to earn all the credits assigned to your programme.
All the participants are expected to appear for online exam and are also obliged to submit assignments after each module. After successful completion the participants will be awarded Certificate in Drug Registration (GCC Countries) by IGMPI.
