The Post Graduate Diploma/Executive Diploma in Food Biochemistry will provide theoretical and practical knowledge to students to develop their skills in the Food Processing and Technology Sector. They will gain a deeper understanding of the production, processing, preservation, packaging, labeling, safety and quality management and distribution of food and beverages.
In order to enhance the knowledge in the area of Food Biochemistry, FFSQ, IGMPI has designed this programme. This is undertaken through theoretical knowledge and practical skill as both are essential to master the field of Food and Agriculture industry.

Graduate in any discipline is eligible for our Post Graduate Diploma and Certificate Programmes. For Executive Diploma programmes and Professional Certifications, you need to have at least 1 year of work experience.
The duration to complete this programme is 1 year (Post Graduate Diploma), 6 months (Executive Diploma).
Registrations are currently open for regular and online both modes.
IGMPI follows a credit system based on all learning activities involved in studying for all PG Diploma, Executive Diploma and Certificate Programmes. Each of your modules is equal to 4 credits. To successfully complete the programme, you will have to earn all the credits assigned to your programme.
All the participants are obliged to timely submit completed assessment assignments (during the programme, usually after every module) and appear for an online exam at the end of the programme. After successful completion, the participants will be awarded Industry Post Graduate Diploma/Executive Diploma in Food Biochemistry by Faculty of Food Safety and Quality, IGMPI. For all the above mentioned modules elaborate programme material, self-assessment assignments and project work details would be provided by the Institute from time to time. Faculty of Food Safety and Quality, IGMPI’s online programme is a professional programme targeted to cater the agro-allied industries, food processing and production industry. The information, guidance, practical training and off programme completion certificate will provide the participant with not one but many opportunities like bio-scientist, food scientist, food safety analyst, R & D Manager, Quality Executive, Food Auditor, Production manager etc.
