Entrepreneurship Development Certificate in Bakery and Confectionery will provide theoretical and practical knowledge to students to develop their skills in the Food and Bakery Sector. They will gain a deeper understanding of the complexities that companies of private and government sector are facing to prepare, manage and development in Bakery Sector.
In order to enhance the knowledge in the area of Entrepreneurship development FFSQ, IGMPI has designed this programme. This is undertaken through theoretical knowledge and practical skill as both are essential to master the field of Bakery and Confectionery industry.

Graduates in any discipline are eligible for our Post Graduate Diploma and Professional Certificate Programmes. For Executive Diploma programmes, you need to have at least 1 year of work experience.
The duration of the training is 5 days.
Registrations are currently open for regular and online both modes.
Online assessment will be conducted at the end of the programme and after successful completion; the participants will be awarded Professional Certification in Entrepreneurship Development in Bakery Industry by Faculty of Food Safety and Quality, IGMPI.
