Workshop on: Nutrition for Skin, Hair and Nails

Skin, hair, and nails are external indicators of internal health and nutritional balance. Deficiencies in key vitamins, minerals, protein, and healthy fats often manifest as dry skin, brittle nails, or excessive hair fall. This workshop focuses on the science-backed role of nutrition in supporting beauty and dermatological health from within, rather than relying solely on topical treatments.

By educating participants on how specific nutrients impact skin elasticity, hair strength, and nail integrity, this workshop bridges cosmetic care with clinical nutrition and holistic well-being.

Advantages of Certification:

  • Adds expertise in “inside-out beauty” to a clinical or wellness practice
