Workshop on: Keto Diet and Nutrition

It is designed to introduce participants to the science, mechanisms, benefits, and practical aspects of the ketogenic diet—a low-carbohydrate, high-fat, and moderate-protein dietary approach. Originally developed for managing epilepsy, keto has now evolved into a globally popular strategy for weight loss, metabolic control, neurological support, and performance enhancement.

Keto Nutrition training and certification are helpful for wellness coaches, clinical nutritionists, fitness professionals, and metabolic health practitioners. It is considered a valuable skill for professionals managing obesity, diabetes, PCOS, and neurological disorders. Gaining certification in Keto Nutrition offers several advantages:

  • Keto diet planning is recommended in therapeutic settings like weight loss centers, lifestyle disease reversal clinics, and PCOS treatment programs.
