Dr. Neha Ronald William, Associate Professor & Placement Head - Pharma Programmes: Dr. Neha Ronald William is the Placement Head, Faculty of Pharma at IGMPI. She has completed her B.Pharm from Kurukshetra University in 2010 and M.Pharm (Pharmacology) from Pt. B.D. Sharma University, Rohtak in 2012. She earned her PhD (Pharmaceutical Sciences) from Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences (SHUATS), Allahabad (Uttar Pradesh) in 2020. Her credentials include 8 publications in various journals of repute with high impact factor (Thomas Reuters) and one book published in lambert academy on memory enhancing activity on Fluvoxamine maleate. She has also represented project in DST. She has 9 years of experience in teaching and research. Her research interests include Alzheimer disease, cancer, Neurodisorders. With her rich experience in the Pharma, at IGMPI she contributes her knowledge and wide experience of the industry to train and guide the students for the better approach in the career path and to take their skill development and knowledge to the next step. In the placement cell of IGMPI she works as a mentor and with her knowledge she enlightens the path of our students. Under her guidance & supervision students can surely take their career forward.

Dr. Saniya Zehra, Associate Professor & Placement Head - Healthcare Programmes: Dr. Saniya Zehra is the Placement Head, Faculty of Healthcare Administration at IGMPI. She is an MBA in Health and Hospital Administration from Jamia Hamdard University and BUMS from Delhi University. She has worked for more than 5 years with esteemed healthcare sector, Shri Ram Singh Hospital & Heart Institute and Ashok Multispeciality Hospital as a Quality Head and NABH Consultant. She brings a rich experience of nearly a decade in the areas of Patient Care, Quality Audits, Hospital Administration, Quality Management, and Accreditation Programmes with ability to lead, supervise and manage. Moreover, she has also been associated with various renowned organisations like Fortis and Metro Group of Hospital as a Senior Quality Coordinator. Additionally, Dr Saniya has also worked as a RMO in various hospitals for their accreditation programmes of multiple hospitals. Over the years, she designs and implements Hospital policies & programs at the highest standards so that the patients receive the highest level of care. She ensures Quality Assurance and Compliance functions. She also monitors expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives along with creating and reviewing multiple documents of organization including SOPs, Manuals, Protocols, and annual budgets. She has been involved closely in conducting and lead quality audits, drills, awareness, and training programmes. She also leads the periodical assessment of hospitals on quality check list, identifying the gaps and developing action plan. With her rich industry experience, she not only provides extensive knowledge to the students through her training and guidance but also makes sure that the IGMPI students get placed at esteemed organizations in the Healthcare industry to take their career to the next level.

Dr. Rita Mishra, Associate Professor & Placement Head - Nutrition Programmes: Dr. Rita Mishra is the Placement Head, Faculty of Centre for Nutrition and Dietetics (CNDS) at IGMPI. She has received her Ph.D. degree from Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan Agricultural University Bikaner (Rajasthan). She did her research work on "Nutritional Status of Primary School Children aged 7-12 Years Residing in Rural and Urban Areas of Bikaner District, (Rajasthan)". She has worked as an Assistant Lecturer in Al Arab Medical University, Benghazi, Libya. She has worked in Gangotri Devi Mahila Degree College, Gorakhpur U.P. She has worked as an Assistant Professor in Institute of Nursing M.J.F. College of veterinary & Animal Sciences. She has presented poster on "A Study of Awareness of Adulteration in different food products in Bundelkhand region, Jhansi" Holistic Approach to Nutrition and Wellness, Department of Home Science, Abstract PHNWP.36. "How safe is laboratory in Derna (Libya)" Poster Presented in XXXII Biennial Conference of Home Science Association of India-Family and Community Science. Abstract II & III P27, P122-193..

Ms. Kajal Verma, Associate Professor & Placement Head - Food Programmes: She is the Placement Head of Faculty of Food Safety and Quality. Kajal Verma is an Associate Professor at IGMPI with over eight years of professional experience specialising in safe food handling. She holds an M.Tech degree in Food technology from Gautam Buddha University, U.P. She has worked with Eagle Continental Foods dealing with manufacturing of frozen meat and meat product. She was also associated with La Swiss Chocolat in dealing with manufacturing of cereal bars and protein bars, etc. With a rich exposure in food safety and quality, she has successfully carried out several internal audits.
She was a Food Safety Team Leader (FSTL) at Ritual Foods, Certified FOSTAC Trainee and Internal Auditor. She has handled ISO (22000), FSSC 22000, HACCP, FSMS, CCP, PRPs, validated SOPs and checklists. She has worked with the analysis of raw material of food products, packing material and testing water quality. She has also worked with quality parameters of different types of sauces and handled microbiological parameters like detecting of nonpathogens and pathogens, quality and microbiological parameters of beef and beef products. At IGMPI, she mentors students and professionals in the domain of food technology and food safety programmes.

Ms. Indrani Dasgupta, Assistant Professor & Placement Head - Product Management Programmes: Indrani Dasgupta is a dynamic professional and an educator at the Institute of Good Manufacturing Practices India. She is a Management Grad from Doon Business School, Dehradun. Along with her PGDM in Marketing and Human Resources, she also holds a Master's degree in Commerce from Nagpur University. She is certified in Strategic Management from IIM, Rohtak. She oversees the full spectrum of product management, digital marketing and electronic commerce management programmes at IGMPI. Indrani has worked with an advertising agency driving digital communications and social media strategies for brands across diverse industries-food and nutraceuticals, healthcare, electronic commerce, education, etc. Indrani has volunteered in Indonesia, promoting United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 8- Decent Work and Economic Growth).
In addition to her active involvement in academia, she ensures excellence in the placement activities of the Product Management students at IGMPI. Indrani counsels, prepares and enhances the hiring potential of students, working professionals and alumni to find and expand opportunities in their career pathways.
