Workshop on: Mediterranean Diet

This workshop provides nutrition professionals, educators, and health practitioners with a rigorous understanding of the Mediterranean Diet, emphasizing its historical roots, foundational dietary principles, and detailed nutrient composition. Tailored for nutrition professionals, educators, and health-focused consumers, the program fosters scientifically informed, health-conscious dietary choices in line with the Mediterranean tradition. The workshop also focuses on practical applications, equipping participants with skills for designing balanced Mediterranean meal plans and promoting sustainable dietary patterns consistent with current public health and environmental sustainability guidelines.

Eligibility

Any Diploma holder/ graduation/ B.tech/ B.Sc. in Microbiology/ Life Sciences/ Botany/ Zoology/ Food Science/ Food Technology/ BE/ B.Pharma/ MBBS/ BDS/ BHMS/ BUMS/ BAMS or any other discipline. Diploma holders are eligible for our Executive Diploma, Industry Certificate, and Certificate Programmes.
