We are offering an opportunity to become a Certified Frozen Products Processing Technology professional. The certification is meant for professionals who are interested in the field of Frozen products processing such as Ice-creams, Frozen desserts, Ready to cook frozen snacks ranges etc. They are given exposure in terms of Product storage, handling, Operational perspective and also as a part of some manufacturing setups and are made aware of the GMP regulations applicable in their line of work. To obtain the certification, candidate must clear the qualifying exam for which proper training is provided.

This certification is aimed at improving the conceptual and operational knowledge of the participants towards Frozen products and resolving any dilemmas that a working professional may face regarding the application of these products processing and development concerns at respective workplace. A successful performance in this programme implies that the participant has in-depth knowledge and clear understanding of Frozen product industry guidelines and regulations. B.Tech/M. Tech/ M. Sc in various disciplines like Food Process Engineering/Food Safety/ Food Technology/ Food Science/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Food Processing/ Chemical Technology/ Dairy Technology/ Bakery & Confectionary Science or Technology.

Programme Duration

The duration to complete this programme is 1 year (Post Graduate Diploma), 6 months (Executive Diploma).
