The Professional Certification in TACCP & VACCP offered by the Faculty of Food Safety and Quality, IGMPI provides a comprehensive understanding of Threat Assessment and Critical Control Point (TACCP) and Vulnerability Assessment and Critical Control Point (VACCP) methodologies in the food industry.
The programme equips participants with the knowledge and practical skills to identify, assess, and mitigate threats from malicious, ideologically motivated attacks (TACCP) and economically motivated food fraud (VACCP).
