The Professional Certification in TACCP & VACCP offered by the Faculty of Food Safety and Quality, IGMPI provides a comprehensive understanding of Threat Assessment and Critical Control Point (TACCP) and Vulnerability Assessment and Critical Control Point (VACCP) methodologies in the food industry. 

The programme equips participants with the knowledge and practical skills to identify, assess, and mitigate threats from malicious, ideologically motivated attacks (TACCP) and economically motivated food fraud (VACCP). It covers food defence, food fraud prevention, supply chain vulnerability assessment, and the design of robust protection systems. 

The course aligns with international food safety standards including GFSI-benchmarked schemes (BRCGS, FSSC 22000), UK PAS 96:2017 Food Defence, and Codex Alimentarius guidelines on food fraud. It is designed for food industry professionals responsible for food safety, quality assurance, and supply chain integrity.
