Elanpro organised Saksham 2025 in Bengaluru, a knowledge-driven seminar focused on advancing safety, compliance and sustainability in the food and beverage sector. Held in collaboration with the Hospitality Consultants Forum, the one-day event brought together over 100 stakeholders, including chefs, food business operators, hotel engineers, consultants and academicians.
The programme featured expert-led discussions on food safety, hygiene standards, audit readiness and sustainable operations. Sessions covered topics such as kitchen fire safety, wastewater management, reusable drinking water systems, grease control and the role of refrigeration in maintaining food quality. The seminar concluded with a panel discussion on improving accountability across the F&B ecosystem.
With Bengaluru emerging as a major hospitality hub, Elanpro said initiatives like Saksham are vital for building responsible, future-ready food businesses.
