Coca-Cola will roll out 7.5-ounce mini cans of select sodas in U.S. convenience stores early next year, targeting consumers seeking affordable and lower-calorie options. The initiative aims to make its beverages more accessible amid fluctuating demand in the U.S. market.
Joel Bishop, President of Commercial Leadership for Coca-Cola North America, said the move focuses on “affordability and recruitment,” filling a gap in consumer preferences. Each mini can, priced at $1.29, contains only 90 calories—significantly less than the 240 calories in a standard 20-ounce bottle.
The mini lineup will include Coke Zero Sugar, Cherry Coke, Sprite, Fanta, and other variants, while Diet Coke will be available in regions where it has strong demand. Larger multi-packs of mini cans are already sold in major retail chains like Costco and Kroger.
