L’après Patisserie by Ishita Jani has partnered with Pascati Chocolates to craft a limited-edition dessert celebrating artisanal chocolate. Known for transforming classic desserts into modern creations, L’après aligns perfectly with Pascati’s commitment to ethical sourcing and expert craftsmanship.

Pascati works directly with farmers in Kerala’s Malabar Hills—regions like Wayanad, Calicut, and Kasargod—selecting cacao from biodiverse farms where beans grow alongside jackfruit, coconut, and black pepper, enhancing their unique flavour.

The centrepiece of this collaboration is the Flourless Chocolate Loaf—rich, indulgent, and naturally gluten-free. Perfect for a morning treat or elegant dessert, it’s designed to be both timeless and satisfying.
