Post Graduate Diploma/Executive Diploma in Animal Nutrition offers comprehensive knowledge and skill upgrading for students/healthcare professionals such as veterinarians, feed technologists, and farm managers. They will gain key insights into nutrition science, feed management, and formulation principles for all major livestock and companion animals.
Centre for Nutrition and Dietetics Studies (CNDS), IGMPI has designed the programme with a practical focus on industry-based case studies and to prepare them for roles such as animal nutritionists, feed consultants, and researchers in institutions and agribusiness.
The objective is to recognize nutritional needs and challenges in animal production, implement safe feed practices, address health and productivity concerns, and master feed formulation strategies. On completion of this programme, learners will be equipped with applied expertise in managing animal diets for optimal growth, health, and productivity.

Eligibility
Graduates in any discipline are eligible for our Post Graduate Diploma, Executive Diploma and Professional Certification Programmes.
Programme Duration
The minimum duration to complete the PG diploma programme is 12 months and maximum is 24 months. The minimum duration to complete the executive diploma programme is 6 months and maximum is 12 months.
Programme Mode
Registrations are currently open for regular and Online Live Classes/Part-time both modes.
Programme Deliverables
A comprehensive study material for all the modules in hard copies ensuring the needs of the audience. The accompanying training material is appropriately aligned with the current Industry’s expectations.
Examination & Certification
CNDS, IGMPI follows a credit system based on all learning activities involved in studying for all PG Diploma, Executive Diploma Programmes. Each of your modules is equal to 4 credits. To successfully complete the programme, you will have to earn all the credits assigned to your programme.
All the participants are obliged to timely submit completed assessment assignments (during the programme, usually after every module) and appear for an online exam at the end of the programme. After successful completion, the participants will be awarded Post Graduate Diploma/Executive Diploma in Animal Nutrition by Centre of Nutrition and Dietetics Studies (CNDS), IGMPI. For all the above-mentioned modules elaborate programme material, self-assessment assignments and project work details would be provided by the Institute from time to time.
