Institute of Good Manufacturing Practices India (IGMPI) is committed to conducting all certification activities in an impartial, independent, and competent manner. Top Management recognizes that impartiality is essential to the credibility and integrity of certification services and is committed to ensuring that all certification decisions are based solely on objective evidence of conformity.
IGMPI shall identify, evaluate, and manage any risks to impartiality arising from its activities, relationships, personnel, or other circumstances. All personnel involved in certification activities are required to disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest and shall perform their duties with honesty, fairness, and objectivity.
IGMPI does not provide consultancy related to the certification schemes it operates and shall ensure that commercial, financial, or other pressures do not compromise impartiality. An Impartiality Committee shall oversee the implementation of this policy and provide independent advice to safeguard the integrity of the certification process.
Top Management is fully committed to implementing, maintaining, and continually improving this policy in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17065 and NABCB accreditation criteria.
