GE HealthCare has launched AltiX AI.i editions for its three invasive cardiac software solutions—Mac-Lab, CardioLab, and ComboLab—following FDA clearance in December 2024. The Mac-Lab AltiX AI.i edition builds upon existing cardiac catheterization capabilities by integrating an advanced algorithm for diastolic pressure ratio (dPR) measurement, alongside the diastolic hyperemia-free ratio (DFR). These innovations aid in more accurate assessment of coronary artery disease (CAD) severity, providing precise diagnostics for better treatment decisions.
