CS Beef Packers LLC has issued a recall of approximately 22,912 pounds of raw ground beef products due to potential contamination with E. coli O145, according to the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service.
The affected products were produced on January 14 and later frozen. They include bulk ground beef items such as coarse and fine ground beef sold under different labels, with “Use/Freeze By: 02/04/26” and specific time stamps between 07:03 and 08:32. All recalled products carry the establishment number “EST. 630” within the USDA inspection mark.
These items were distributed to foodservice suppliers in California, Idaho, and Oregon. The contamination was identified through routine testing at a downstream facility.
Although no illnesses have been reported, foodservice operators are advised not to use these products. Affected items should be discarded or returned immediately to prevent potential health risks.
