Black bean and corn salsas recalled in Quebec due to packaging concerns

La Pimenterie Inc. is recalling MTL Gringo brand Black Bean and Corn Salsas due to issues with the inner lid deteriorating, as reported by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA). The recalled products were distributed in Quebec, Canada.

The affected products include:

• MTL Gringo – Mild Black Beans & Corn Salsa, 435 ml, with codes GS-181, GS-186, GS-192, GS-195 and UPC 6 28678 80905 5.
• MTL Gringo – Medium Black Beans & Corn Salsa, 435 ml, with codes GS-182, GS-183, GS-187, GS-190, GS-196 and UPC 6 28678 80904 8.
• MTL Gringo – Hot Black Beans & Corn Salsa, 435 ml, with codes GS-184, GS-188, GS-189, GS-191 and UPC 6 28678 80906 2.
• MTL Gringo – Mango Black Beans & Corn Salsa, 435 ml, with codes GS-185, GS-193 and UPC 6 28678 80906 2.
