Doehler Recalls Freeze-Dried Fruit Packs Over Listeria Risk

Doehler Dry Ingredient Solutions LLC has voluntarily recalled 22 varieties of Member’s Mark Freeze Dried Fruit Variety Pack (15-count boxes) due to potential contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. Although no illnesses have been reported, the issue was identified through internal product testing.

The affected products were distributed between July 1 and July 25 to Sam’s Club stores in 43 states and come in foil pouches inside corrugated boxes with UPC 1 93968 50900 2. Lot and expiration details are printed on the bottom of the box.

Consumers are urged not to consume the product and should discard it or return it to any Sam’s Club for a full refund.

Listeria infections can cause serious, sometimes fatal illness, particularly in pregnant women, young children, the elderly, and immunocompromised individuals. Symptoms may take up to 70 days to appear and include fever, nausea, muscle aches, and headache.
