Savannah Bee Company has issued a nationwide recall of its Honey BBQ Sauce–Mustard (16 fl oz) after discovering the product may contain undeclared wheat and soy. Individuals with allergies or strong sensitivities to these ingredients could face serious or even life-threatening reactions if they consume the sauce.
The affected bottles carry UPC 8 50033 93758 9, lot number B1L1360525, and a best-before date of May 16, 2027. They were distributed across the United States to retailers, distribution centers, and customers between July 30, 2025, and Feb. 26, 2026.
The sauce is packaged in clear glass bottles with an orange Honey BBQ Sauce–Mustard label, while the lot number and best-before date are etched on the bottle’s neck.
The recall began after a customer reported that Honey BBQ Sauce–Sweet had been mistakenly labeled as the mustard version, which does not list wheat and soy allergens. No illnesses have been reported, but consumers are advised to discard the affected product immediately.
