Pacific Meridian Group, LLC, based in Oakland, CA, is recalling 175,000 pounds of its Gold Garlic Powder Irradiated due to possible contamination with metal fragments. The recall, initiated on March 17, 2025, is classified as a Class II recall, meaning it poses a low risk of serious health effects, although temporary or reversible issues could occur.

The recalled garlic powder, imported from China, was distributed in California, Illinois, and Texas.
