Recall Notice: 19th Hole Snack Mix Due to Undeclared Almonds and Sesame

Recall Notice: 19th Hole Snack Mix Due to Undeclared Almonds and Sesame

New England Village Foods of Milford, NH, is recalling all sizes (5 oz. and 10 oz.) of its New England Village Snacks “19th Hole Snack Mix” due to undeclared allergens—almonds and sesame. These ingredients pose a potentially serious health risk for people with related food allergies.

The issue came to light after a customer reported finding almonds in a package not labeled accordingly. An FDA investigation also revealed sesame was listed in the ingredients but not included in the “Contains” statement. This was attributed to a packaging error, and production has been temporarily halted.

Product Details:

  • Sizes: 5 oz. (UPC 609465693477) and 10 oz. (UPC 642147152459)
  • Packaging: Clear tubs or cups with reclosable lids
  • Distribution: Independent grocers and convenience stores in New England, New York, and Pennsylvania

Consumers with almond or sesame allergies should avoid the product and return it for a full refund.
