Shrimp Products Recalled in Canada for Undeclared Allergens

Watson Enterprises Inc. has recalled North Shore Fishery Frozen Breaded Shrimp Patties and Tempura Shrimp Rolls due to undeclared egg, soy, and milk, as reported by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).

The Class 1 recall, indicating a high health risk, was prompted by CFIA testing. The affected products were sold in British Columbia and Manitoba.

No allergic reactions have been reported to date. However, individuals with egg, soy, or milk allergies are urged not to consume the products, as they could trigger severe or life-threatening reactions, including anaphylaxis.

Consumers should return or discard the recalled items immediately and check labels carefully to avoid exposure to undeclared allergens.
