The Fillo Factory Inc., based in Northvale, NJ, has issued a recall for three of its Chef’s Line US Foods products due to possible contamination with foreign material—specifically, a bolt.

Recalled Products & Details:

The recall affects 74,514 cases of frozen burger and slider products distributed in Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.

    • Quantity: 35,580 cases
    • Lot Codes: 0654, 0784, 0924, 0994, etc.
  2. 3 Grain Burger (F-0651-2025)
    • Quantity: 30,827 cases
    • Lot Codes: 0734, 0794, 1074, 1144, etc.
  3. 3 Grain Slider (F-0652-2025)
    • Quantity: 8,107 cases
    • Lot Codes: 1154, 1494, 2064, 2154, etc.

The FDA classified this as a Class II recall, meaning serious health risks are low, but temporary or reversible effects are possible.
