Kirkland Ahi Tuna Wasabi Poke Recalled for Listeria Risk

Western United Fish Company, operating as Annasea Foods Group in Kent, WA, is recalling 3,314 pounds of Kirkland Signature Ahi Tuna Wasabi Poke due to potential contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. The affected product has a pack date of 9/18/2025 and sell-by date of 9/22/2025 (Costco item #17193).

The recall follows a positive Listeria test in green onions used exclusively in this product. Sold in clear clamshell containers at Costco deli sections across 26 states, the item may pose serious health risks, especially for pregnant women, children, the elderly, and immunocompromised individuals. Symptoms of Listeria infection can include fever, nausea, vomiting, muscle aches, and severe headache, appearing up to 70 days post-exposure.

No illnesses have been reported to date. Consumers should not eat the product, discard it, or return it to Costco for a full refund
