Ebekmed–AHPI launch India’s first Co-Skills Hub for hospital workforce training

Ebekmed, in partnership with the Association of Healthcare Providers of India (AHPI), is set to launch AHPI SHiNE Labs in Hyderabad, marking India’s first dedicated Co-Skills Hub focused exclusively on hospital workforce training. Envisioned as a shared professional learning platform, the initiative will help hospitals strengthen staff capabilities through hands-on practice, standardized training frameworks, and adoption of clinical best practices, without interrupting routine operations.

The Hyderabad facility will offer advanced simulation and skills-training infrastructure, including modern clinical equipment, manikins, and consumables. Hospitals will also receive support through experienced clinical educators, digital pre-learning modules, certification pathways, and outcome-based assessments to ensure measurable skill development.

Ebekmed plans to replicate the AHPI SHiNE Labs model across major Indian cities, creating a nationwide network of co-skills hubs for healthcare workforce development.
